Elshaddai Ministries Trust is a non governmental and non-profit organization established in 1998 and has been working for the empowerment of the underprivileged women and children, with its Income Generation, Women Empowerment, Health, Vocational training , Environmental and Education programmes.

Elshaddai Ministries Trust seek a world of where people live in dignity and security and there are equal opportunities for all.
To create a society based on legitimate rights, justice, honesty, social sensibility & a culture of service in which all are self-reliant and to provide effective assistance to rural, weaker, & poor women, by developing their economic skills, making them aware of their rights & motivating them in getting their place in the society. We committed to the eradication of child and bonded labour by mainstreaming deprived children into regular schools. We also work for the empowerment of women by creating micro-enterprises and by promoting income generating activities. we promote health and hygiene among rural populations, as well as work to protect the local environment.

OBJECTIVES
- To eradication of child and bonded labour, street children through improve the standard of education and enhance education opportunities and schooling facilities.
- To reduce poverty with a focus on education, employment, income generation, and empowerment.
- To help the widows and aged people welfare.
- To Women development through Microfinance and Self-Employment Training programmes.
- To develop the traditional and vocational skills of the target communities for gainful vocation and better income opportunities for sustainable livelihoods.
- To provide Health Care and Health Education programs to the underprivileged rural people and to arouse adequate consciousness about health and hygiene among villages and to facilitate better health for the community and to create awareness about hygiene and sanitation.
- To create a better environmental Conservation and Awareness programmes to tribals, farmers, school students, and general public.
